When you contact us
Include your name, driver ID if known, the phone number registered to your account, and a short description of the issue. For a trip issue, include the trip reference and relevant time. Do not send an OTP, password, full bank details, or identity-document images by email.
Drivers are assigned pickup and drop-off driving work only. Cash collection, UPI collection, and handling customer money are not part of the agreed driver service. Contact support if a customer raises a payment issue or asks you to handle money.
